Hot Water Extracions

Carpet Care

Extraction machines clean the carpet by first spraying hot water and detergent into the carpet pile under high pressure followed with the removal of the water, detergent and loosened soil in a powerful vacuum. This method is the most frequently used type of cleaning in the industry for its effectiveness in deep cleaning carpets.

This technique involves spraying a solution of detergent and water onto the carpet followed with the use of a rotating absorbent pad to agitate tough dirt and soak in the detergent.

Deep Scrub

Hard Surface

The use of an aggressive scrub (also known as the heavy or deep scrub) on hard floors is a perfect addition to our arsenal. This technique is used on hard floors when heavy buildup like grease and oils are present and difficult to remove.

Hard Surface: Strip & Refinish

Benefit to Consumers

Strip & Refinish - removes all finish from the floor including edges, corners and baseboards. After the area is rinsed and neutralized four to six coats of finished are applied.

Rafter and ceiling cleaning removes dust, dirt, grease, and other materials commonly found on the high surfaces of manufacturing and production facilities.

Why should you have your rafters and high ceilings cleaned?

PROFESSIONAL DISINFECTION SERVICE PROTOCOL

This service will provide coverage to surfaces with an EPA-registered disinfectant solution using electrostatic sprayer, Foggers, spray bottles, and wiping if needed. All horizontal surfaces, "Common Use" HTPs, "Personal Use", HIPs (e.g. desk phones, keyboards, etc.) restroom, break rooms, and other common areas will be disinfected.
